On two recent occasions, INGINE’s efforts to enter the French market were acknowledged by French business representation in the Republic of Korea, including the French Chamber of Commerce in Korea (FKCCI), Business France’s Seoul Office and La FrenchTech Seoul community. This convergence of vision and interest further encourages the technology developer’s plans to launch a French subsidiary by the end of 2021.

June 30, 2021 – Following INGINE’s Pitch contest victory in the Earth category at the online Tech4Good Summit 2021 co-organized by the FKCCI and La FrenchTech Seoul, three business development representatives from INGINE were invited to an exceptional Awards ceremony on June 30th. The company presented its wave energy technology and French projects in front of extraordinary guests such as His Excellency the Ambassador of France to South Korea, Mr. Philippe LEFORT, and Tech4Earth award sponsor Mazars Sebit Korea. INGINE teams expressed their thanks for this recognition, as well as for the extensive support that continues to be provided to INGINE’s projects by French economic stakeholders in Korea.

July 2, 2021 – After nearly two years of regular collaboration with Business France’s Seoul office, INGINE was eager to welcome its representatives to express formal gratitude as well as to discuss next steps and opportunities for INGINE in France. Business France responded to the invitation: Country Head for Korea Mr. Jérôme JULLIAND and Senior Advisor Mr. Jimyong CHANG visited INGINE’s office in Seoul on Friday, July 2nd.
In the context of rising COVID19 cases in Seoul, INGINE will hold on to the progress achieved during those two prestigious occasions and ensure that the provided support bears its fruits within the next quarters.
