As Vietnam’s coastline stretches 3,260km from the East Sea to the Gulf of Tonkin and contains high wave energy potential, Vietnam is one of the most potential markets in Asia Pacific countries to develop wave energy.
Currently, INGINE is making efforts to install a pilot wave power plant in Ly Son, Vietnam. INGINE hopes that this wave power plant will help ensure energy security, reduce pollution, and thus boost local socio-economic development for the sustainable development of the island.
